Want to keep up with the latest news about "Colonel" Phillips, the bull terrier puppy who was shot in Buena Park last December?

Good news for Colonel's fans:  He's doing well, after a couple trips to the emergency room (one a repeat visit after his leg became swollen).  Very good news for the many readers who expressed concern about him after the shooting.
