"Join the Alternatives Annual Gala Benefit Committee! We’re looking for dynamic people to work with us to make our 2013 event the best ever. The committee meets once a month January through May, and works with our staff on aspects of the gala including the silent auction, promotions and marketing, event logistics, decorations and more.

What is about Tuesday for meetings? I see a lot of volunteer and meeting activities I would like to join, but they're all on Tuesday night when I work. People -- choose another day, like Monday or Friday; even Sunday!
