RISE Fitness Boot Camps

If you're serious about getting in shape this year, how about boot camp?  RISE is offering "Fitness in the Parks" Boot Camp at two Uptown area locations, with a deal for January:  just a buck for the first month.

Read the details here.  Boot camp meets at Chase Park in the wee hours (Mon/Wed/Fri--6:15am; Tues/Thurs--6:30pm, 7:30pm & 8:30pm; Sat--9am and 2:30pm); and at Gill Park in the evenings (Mon/Wed/Fri--6:30pm & 8pm).
