Neighborhood News Discussion Seeks Participants

Update: They have been swamped with participants! No more are required. Thanks!

UU was contacted to see if readers might be interested in participating in a research survey about local news sources in Chicago.

"Columbia College is looking for Chicago residents to participate in a small group meeting to discuss neighborhood communication in the city. Individuals get $75 to participate in a 90-minute meeting downtown Feb. 18-21. Those interested are invited to complete a 5-minute online questionnaire to see if they meet the project’s criteria for participation. Space is limited."

No promises of being chosen, of course, and they seem to be looking for a wide range of age groups and ethnicities.  If you're free to get to the Loop during the week they're looking for participants, why not take five minutes to see if you qualify?
