"I hear from one of the organizers [of Beethoven Festival: Revolution 2012, currently going on at the Preston Bradley Center, 941 W Lawrence] that attendance has been disappointing, perhaps in large part due to the off-the-beaten path location. This festival is drawing kudos from all over the world and it would be great to have it become an annual cultural attraction in Uptown. But it won't happen if it doesn't get a stronger audience this year.

Sunday's programs are expected to be especially impressive with music, dance and multimedia elements coming together for the finale performance. Support your local arts festival!! "
