I would love and welcome a retirement resource center and housing for seniors on the empty Maryville property. That would be one project few would find fault with.
It really would be a great place for such a thing. Close proximity to the park, lakefront, bird sanctuary, grocery store, transportation, target. That's a population that spends most of its money in the community where they live.
As pretty as the pictures are, BOOM has yet to build a single unit at any of its "developments."
