CPNA Block Party This Saturday

The weather is supposed to be great, so get out and enjoy the many, many activities of the CPNA Block Party on Saturday:

The event runs from 9am-10pm on the 800 Block of Agatite (between Clarendon and Hazel) - the street will be blocked off all day.

There is a $5 entrance fee for kids over 12 years old and adults-- includes food and beer. **Kids under 12 years old get in free!

9am-noon: Yard Sale -- bring items to sell yourself or let CPNA sell them and keep the proceeds!

2pm: Kids Games & Activities start

3pm:  Dog Talent and Costume Contests. James Cappleman & Staff to judge the dog contests!

4pm: Skateboard Exhibition from the Wilson Yard crew!

5-7pm: Dinner is served -- BBQ, sides, desserts

5-6pm:  Band: Todd Kessler

6pm:  Tango Exhibition (Dr. Stephen Presling and associate)

6:30-7:30pm:  Band: Simpleton and Cityfolk

7:30pm:  Raffle winners announcements

8-9:30pm:  Band: Shaolin Wolf

All day long: Raffle ticket sales AND enjoyment of new beautiful green space on Agatite from Central Sod.

Raffle items include gift cards for local restaurants, hair salons, Uptown Bikes, Cubs tickets, food and drink, and more!  The Block Party ends at 10pm.
