Before And After

Here's something you don't see every day:  James Cappleman and Helen Shiller having a quiet chat.

A reader sent in this photo, which was taken yesterday at the Winthrop Avenue Family Historical Garden.  There was a ceremony honoring Joyce Dugan for her years of service to Uptown United and her dedication to getting the garden created from a formerly derelict empty lot.  The current and former aldermen were both in attendance.

    She is hiding behind a plant even in this photo. Even when forced out of office she cant change her habits of hiding from those of us in Uptown..LOL
