  1. It is interesting dear and to confess it isn't a book I would have picked up on my own accord but a guy I care a lot about is an MMA fighter and I simply wanted a better idea as to why he's drawn to the ring. He loaned me his copy.

    Each chapter focuses on a different fighter; the one on Josh Waitzkin is particularly good.
