A reader sends in this link and info:Seriously, it shows they (Uptown United/SSA #34) spent over $300,000 on sidewalk cleaning and sidewalk snow removal?!? Sure have not seen much evidence of that in the core area around the Wilson el stop. If I'm reading this right, they spent exactly zero dollars on tenant retention/attraction last year and budgeted just $25,000 for safety programs but spent only $9,677 dollars on that, and most of that for something nebulously called "Service Provider Direct Services."

They have an open public time to speak at all SSA meetings, maybe you should attend one and share your concerns.
