Did you know that, in addition to putting on a two-hour show, that "Midnight Circus" is a grass-roots fundraiser for the parks it appears in? The proceeds go directly to the parks for much-needed improvements. (Read about it here.) You can see "Midnight Circus" at Chase Park (4701 N Ashland) next weekend, two shows on Saturday (2pm & 5pm) and Sunday (1pm and 4pm).
There are also volunteer shifts available for set-up and crew, so if you're interested in helping out, please contact chaseparkplayground@yahoo.com with your availability. You can purchase tickets ($15) at http://www.circusintheparks.com/.
