  1. Anyone want to purchase a slightly used alderman?

Deep discount. Still about 9 months of bad service life left.

My understanding is that aldermen can generally be bought very cheaply so this model can be picked up for mere fractions of a penny on the dollar.

  3. Don't encourage me.

When you think of me think of the signs at the zoo: Please don't feed the animals".

Thanks to that alderman, we now have a fabulous Target in our neighborhood, which I'm sure you will visit often.

  5. And here comes Mrs. Jon Trott of the Jesus People, tsk-tsk-tsking at the community. "Love your neighbor, except if you live in Uptown, where you must chide them, scold them, and keep them from thinking for themselves." My Bible must have deleted that last part of the verse.

Your posts always confirm for me that leaving the Covenant Church when they took up with JPUSA was the right thing to do.

Thank you, Mrs. Trott, for being the mommy of all of Uptown. By the way, when is the graffiti coming off the awning at Friendly Tower? I happen to think that is "rude, rude, rude."

  6. Mrs JPUSA,

we have a fabulous new Target in our neighborhood because of the infusion of millions in TIF dollars. Dat's taxpayer money for those of you who pride yourselves on living a non taxpaying JPUSA lifestyle.

I actually think the Target is a benefit to the neighborhood. Whether the cost to the taxpayer was worth it I dunno. Trying to figure out where the money in that TIF went is well nigh impossible.

I can understand why JPUSA folks love Helen Shiller. It's like religious belief. You don't need any facts. You don't need any logic. You don't need any experience.

    Just belief!
