Tomorrow's CAPS meeting for Beat 2313 is getting some fresh air for the second half of the meeting. The meeting will begin at its regular time and place (7pm in the Clarendon Park Fieldhouse), but the second half of the meeting will consist of walking the beat with officers or doing some positive loitering. Show up and have a chance to talk to the cops about what's going on in your beat, both good and bad.
