Did a double-take on the roof. I know I haven't kept up on the specs of the project as much as others here, but hot damn, I know which project is going to win "Most Green Building" this year! And I know who is going to show up at that award ceremony!
Too bad it doesn't look this good from the ground. From the ground it suffocates the neighborhood, especially the Montrose side.
