Just one day after photos ran of the dangerous and hazardous conditions on the back of the Family Dollar building, a full crew showed up today to make repairs. The pedestrians and cars who use Winthrop appreciate their efforts.
I'm so glad that the Little Doggie that lives on that street and fixes long-ignored sewer holes didn't have to do this work also.
I get shivers at the thought of Little Doggie bungee-jumping off the roof with a bucket of mortar around his brave little neck and trowel tied to his paw.
Awesome.
ReplyDeleteGreat job by the Family Dollar folks!
Agreed that it is awesome of Family Dollar to respond so quickly. This also shows how important it is to have a resource like Uptown Update!
