"America's Most Wanted" is coming to Chicago to show how citizens are fighting back against crime and violence. We all know we've had more than our fair share in Uptown and our residents are fighting back. Read all about it here.
If you choose not to be a victim, purchase: Bodyguard LE10, Fox labs 5.3, the new Fox Green or Sabre Red pepper spray. You want at least 10% concentration. Some have a range of up to 10 feet. A simple Google search will reveal numerous online sources of this stuff. Avoid cheap keychain type units sold in gas stations, retail stores. Tip: They are available in stream and cone pattern delivery. The cone is easier to hit the bad guy,(wide shotgun-like pattern) and is more susceptible to "blow back" in strong wind. This as opposed to curling up in the fetal position and absorbing numerous punches and kicks from one of the Uptown animals. Do not count on John Walsh to stop this.
Great, maybe those interviewed can talk all about how helpful our local Alderman has been in supporting the neighborhood with crime issues. I mean she is out there at CAPS meetings, walking with the police, attending public loitering events, helping with the clean and green, talking to neighbors about complaints, meeting with the other pols who's districts overlap the 46th to gain support, listening to the fears of the ward residents....... oh wait that was the Guy who ran against her last time. He has been continuing to do all of these things for the past four years while Helen has done..... the same stuff she has always done.
Pepperspraycommando has the right idea. Me and my wife carry 12 oz OC-17 cans with ultra violet dye everywhere we go. 16 oz cans for the SUV. Better to be safe then sorry.......
