POGOFishing..... I have no idea why your friend said that Ald. Shiller was the alderman for the Somerset. If you read any of the news articles or blogs about its closing, or check a ward map, you will see that it is in the 48th Ward. Your friend may have been mistaken.
But they can re-apply for it.
