awesome! I was just driving by the other day and wondering how it was going. do we think it'll be open by the summer?
It is scheduled to be open this fall.
Not to be a 'crank', but it looks like the facade is built too close to the street, on both sides. If it was set back a bit, a row of new trees would be nice.The rendering is nice though!
Edgewater is getting a real grocery store +circa 1955? Good work!
