Color us happy.
Agee's Pizzeria & Grill, located at 1118 W. Wilson (next door to Viet Bowl/Hing Wang) is sportin' a shiny, new green awning. This really improves its street presence. The food is reasonably priced and the menu features just about everything you can imagine. This stretch of Wilson is really showing promise.
That's about as green as Tiffany Blue is blue, unless the white-balance is off :)

ReplyDeleteWell, its location precludes my visiting in person. I'm only in that area if there's no bus to the Sheridan CTA and I'm forced to walk to Wilson (and I do NOT hang around). However, I wouldn't necessarily be against dialling the number on the blue awning, assuming they deliver. I still haven't found a pizza place in the area that I can stay loyal to.

ReplyDeleteFontana Grill (Wilson and Beacon) has great pie. You can take away, but not sure if they deliver. I live across the street so always call up and get it myself.
If you are willing to go to the Sheridan redline stop, I recommend Pizza Rustica. Its all about the butter crust there. awwwwwesome!
