Judge May Let Aldermen Testify In Bribery Trial

Heh:

"Dow said he would not order the aldermen to be interviewed by the defense but said it might be beneficial to the city officials if they want to avoid having to come to court."

Double Heh:

"City lawyer Karen Coppa said some aldermen may not submit to a voluntary interview to avoid a 'perception they are somehow cooperating with the defense.'"
