I just thought it would be nice to recognize some of the hardworking people in our little part of the city!"

A reader shares: "As we were walking our dogs this morning, all bundled up and complaining about the cold and the wind, we ran into two ladies with CleanSlate at Sheridan and Leland... both smiling, saying hello and working hard to keep Uptown clean. ReplyDeleteI know this is gross (sorry), but I saw someone 'taking a dump' (don't know any other way to put it) oddly enough near the Alderman's office on Broadway this Saturday.
A Clean Slate person nearby had a pained look on her face.
