Update: Folks on that block are telling us that the lights are back on as of Monday.Be careful walking after dark on Kenmore between Irving Park and Buena. We're hearing that all the streetlights are out, and could remain that way for a week or more. Please be extra cautious and alert until they're on again.
yeah i noticed it on thursday and called 311. will keep calling if it seems to go on too long.
