On New York's Broadway, in Superior Donuts, the action takes place in a a donut shop near Wilson and Broadway. But just try to buy a Boston Creme or a Long John there in real life. Looks like our Dunkin' Donuts is closed for the time being.
For your donut fix you can go to Broadway & Irving. If you also need ice cream there's Lawrence & Hermitage.
Oh how I wish Krispy Kreme hadn't tanked, and would have expanded into the North Side during its heyday! The stuff you get at the grocery stores is no adequate substitute.
