In January, a reader wondered "What's Going On At Foster and Broadway?" The empty buildings at the northwest corner seemed stalled. We happened to drive past last week and saw what seemed to be construction work at the former rug shop at the corner. But ever since, nothing... the boarded up walls are back in place. Stay tuned.
