Pegasus Players is in residence at the O’Rourke Center Theater on the Truman College campus at 1145 W. Wilson Ave and will present 4 world premieres and 2 Chicago premieres during its 2009-2010 season. The season includes 2 hard-hitting dramas, a hysterical Off-Broadway musical, and the

  1. Pegasus Players has been a great asset to the area since it came to Truman College 25 years ago. Its many "community outreach" activities including the Young Playwrights Festival, and free or discount tickets to various groups and organizations, has made it a very good neighbor indeed.

That said, it strikes me that the 2009-10 lineup doesn't seem to measure up in quality or quantity to some previous years' offerings. Maybe there will be some "TBA" shows from other sources that will play during Pegasus' dark weeks and enhance the schedule.
