We'll buy her a Bud and light her ciggie (15 feet away from the entrance, of course) if she does!Seriously, folks, Fix Wilson Yard is the only thing standing between us and the certainty of Peter and Helen's mad plans and follies. Remember, not one red cent has been put into the projects (and we use that word deliberately) by either Peter Holsten or Helen Shiller. It's OUR money that's paying the workers to be on the job weekends and holidays. Our money that's going for $440K-per-unit low-income rental units. The buildings may be up, but there's still the possibility of using them for what Helen promised when she was trying to get approval for her folly: true mixed income housing with an ownership component.

I would like to thank each and every one of you in the community that attended this fund raiser. It is nice to know you all support this cause and are willing to make time to show up. Maybe, just maybe, if we continue to make a loud noise and don't give up the government will listen to the voters. Kudos to each and every one of you.
