Tom Skilling and the Tribune used this photo to show the results of Wednesday night's rain. "Dan Hein shares this photo of the Wilson Skate Park in Uptown. He reports he had to wade out to clear the drains in order to facilitate draining." Well, they are skate POOLS. Pools tend to collect water.
