Well, it took from November 26th until now - and three start-overs along the way - but finally the corner of Winthrop and Kenmore (they meet about 100 feet north of Wilson) appears to be finished. We're sure all dog walkers, school kids, strollers, neighbors, and drivers will be relieved to not have to dodge open sewer holes and construction debris anymore. Nice job on the finished product, City of Chicago! Just in time for Clean & Green Day.
Wow the picture looks great at that corner without all the usual and worthless garbage thats usually on the corners. I wish it could stay that way, PICTURE PERFECT......
