He's also been seen plying his trade around Leland and Broadway, and wears a black hoodie with the word "EXPECTATION" in Gothic script across the back. If you happen to see him hawking his wares, please (discreetly) call 911 so the cops can deal with this gentleman and his idea of "senior assistance" (wonder if he gives AARP discounts?)

Crack Seller Alert: Expectation Of Arrest?
