Wine & Dine At Fontana Grill

One of the great servers at Fontana Grill (Wilson & Beacon) writes:

"We FINALLY got our liquor license and are now in full swing!! We are selling wine by the ounce or bottle at the tables - either a half glass at 3oz (price either $1/oz or $2/oz) or a full glass at 6 oz, or the bottle for either $22 or $44. We are also offering wine tasting at the bar. It is $10 for 12 ounces mix and match.

We have had a wonderful response from the community due largely to you and your support. We are extremely grateful and can not thank you enough!

From our family to yours...Cheers!"

  1. My wife and I love this place! The pizzas are great, and they have a nice assortment of entrees. We can have a night where we don't spend too much, or, like on Valentine's Day, order pricier stuff.

I will miss the BYOB, but the wine by the ounce sounds pretty reasonable!

  2. My wife and I also like this place. Great food at reasonable prices. Just what the neighborhood needed.

  3. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly ownership and staff. If you have not yet patronized Fontana you should give it a try.

  4. Had dinner here last night...EXCELLENT!! NY Strip was succulous, potato au gratin was mouth watering, and the bean soup had lots of great flavor. Definately will be going back!

  5. I'd just like to give one more plug for Fontana Grill. My husband and I went there on Sunday evening with my family from out of town. The food was awesome. Service was great. Wine was good and not crazy priced. They didn't have a ton of business while we were in there, granted it was crappy weather and "spring ahead" so that may have contributed. But I'd really like to see this business do well. Anything we can do to get them busy and keep them busy is an asset to us all.
