Volunteers For Clarendon Park Clean-Up Needed

Update: "We will be meeting at Agatite and Hazel at 9:30am on Saturday morning. Garbage bags, shovels, and rakes will be provided by Don Nowotny, our ward superintendent. However, if you have one at your building, feel free to bring it along. Also, please bring a pair of work gloves or rubber gloves as the garbage will be wet probably."

Hi Neighbors,

With the melting snow and the forecast for mild weather this week, we were wondering if anyone was interested in helping out with a neighborhood clean-up on Saturday morning.

We will not schedule a clean-up unless we can get enough responses to make it worthwhile. We hope you have the time to help. Please respond if you can make it.

We would typically meet at 9:30am at the corner of Hazel and Agatite. Streets and San will provide shovels, rakes, and garbage bags and we provide the people and work gloves. So please let us know if you and a pair of your work gloves are available this Saturday at 9:30am.

Please pass this on to others in your buildings and ask them to respond (to cpnassoc@gmail.com) if they plan to make it.

It should not take more than an hour and a half, and it makes a huge difference. Thanks.
