Anyone Know A Storefront For Rent?

No one can accuse the real estate agent for the space at 1218 W Wilson (formerly home to Uptown Sweets and Faz's) of not getting the word out. We counted at least seven signs in the window. We hope all the effort pays off and that Wilson Avenue has another local business before long. That number is 312-263-4059, in case you missed it.

    Maybe the P- Stones from Sunnyside and Magnolia could rent this space, and hang out here instead of outside. Could call the store The One Stop Gang Shop. Outfitting gang-bangers since 2009.

    I love "diversity" but after living in Chicago for 3 years I've grown accustomed to "never clear the snow". The people in flip-flops here that haven't a clue yet chose the Mid-West is astounding. Detroit clears the snow or else there are immediate fines and/or lawsuits.

    Could it be the abundance of abandonded real estate, Chicago?

    It is illegal to NOT clear snow. The enforcement of that depends on the ward. "Hell" loves the derelict look. It makes her all warm and fuzzy as her bong belches away.
