Skinny people and occupied retail space. Oh, how times have changed...back when the local market was mostly canned goods and fresh meat/produce rather than processed junk food.
I left the hood in 1984. Yes, believe it or not short timers, there was a bustling meat market there. One of my friends dad was a butcher there. NO Pun intended. I can still vaguely remember going to Gigios across the street. It was dangerous back then. So litle progress in 30 plus years. Sad really..
