Anyone hear three gunshots a little after midnight in the 4400 block of Magnolia? Just wondering if they were celebratory or something worse.
Probably celebratory. That kind of stupidity happens every New Year's at Midnight.Now as to this post hopefully 2009 will be a good and peaceful year for Uptown. Hell, it would be nice for the whole world for that matter.
