A reader writes in with the following info and comment:Have their staff ever noticed the Uptown neighborhood in which they provide pro bono services and the criminal clients they represent? Why don’t they, including their own employee---Mark Kaplan of COURAJ fame--- believe that Uptown should be a place where laws should be followed ?
Do you think that charitable organizations outside this neighborhood really understand what they are funding?
They are not saying that laws are not for Uptown.

ReplyDeleteI didn't see anything remotely like what you're saying here in that article, and you should point out that that emphasis in the quotation is yours.
