A few important corrections to the piece: Jam is not the group that restored the Aragon Ballroom, and Jam is not the organization that is planning to buy the theatre.
ReplyDeleteA completely separate entity headed by Jerry Mickelson, UTA II, put forth the bid, and the sale still needs to be taken back to and approved by the judge. And there are a series of steps that need to be met before that's going to happen.
As neighbors we should all hope for the best, but nothing is set in stone yet.
