A reader writes in with the above photo:"Just got home and noticed a crew of roofers replacing the shingles on the Cafe Too/Inspiration Cafe building. Heads up, that the alley east of Sheridan adjacent to this building (between Leland and Lakeside Place) is blocked by a dump truck and lots of roofing debris. Be careful, even after they're gone, in case any sharp roofing nails are left behind!
Great to see this (once) lovely building getting a facelift. If there is any info available on how extensively this building is going to be updated, I'd love to know.
