A Bit of the South in Uptown?

We noticed a new restaurant under construction in the South Andersonville/North Uptown corridor in the 5000 block of Clark next door to Head 2 Toe tattoo parlor. The sign indicates that "Hillbilly's Smoke House" is coming soon, but no other information is provided. It appears to be a BBQ restaurant.

Does anyone know additional information about this new business?

    I don't know anything about this, but if I can get some of my favorite classics such as sweet tea, cornbread, and fried green tomatoes then I am so there.
