Not much in this 1915 photo of Uptown is around these days. We can spot only the current day Uptown Baptist Church in the distance on the right. This view is looking east on Wilson at Kenmore. The "Kenrose Cafeteria" and everything on the left is long gone and is now a parking lot. The Sheridan Plaza Hotel had not even been constructed at this time. Compare it to the current-day intersection.
