Next time you are going southbound on Lake Shore Drive and exit on Wilson, take a gander off on the right where the "Wilson Avenue" sign should be, and you will see one lone stump. An astute reader tells us that this sign was knocked down in NOVEMBER and still has not been fixed. We are told that when the northbound Foster sign on LSD was knocked down it was replaced in weeks. Why the delay?
I am pretty sure it took many months (f not a year) to replace the northbound Foster Ave sign.
