We are getting tired of seeing "For Rent" signs up and down Wilson, especially in great locations like this large space at Wilson and Magnolia, that is now offering a "free rent program." How about a Fed-Ex Kinkos or a Hair Cuttery? Just a thought.
How about lowering the price of rent? I am sure it is very expensive to rent, especially since we just went through a real estate boom. I imagine it was built in the boom, and the owners want a very high price for the space.
