For those of you living near 845 W. Montrose, you may have noticed this rehab taking place. According to the sign out front, it is called "Harbor Way" and features 3 and 4 bedroom units. Looks like the developers have done a great job restoring the building.

Looks nice, but whatever they've been doing the last couple of days is making the street smell like feet :) Wait, unless we also had some of that (apparently very stinky) road patching going on right out front (I didn't notice if there was).
