Taggers Strike Again

This time, the "Vis Vitae" development at Clark and Leland was their target. Tags can be seen in the photo above, but more tags were seen on the inside walls of the building. Between this and the "Watercolor Residences" on Kenmore (which is covered in tags on its backside facing the El tracks), our neighborhood taggers have been quite busy lately.
