For those of you with a hankerin' for good Ethiopian food, "Demera Ethiopian Restaurant," located on the corner of Broadway and Lawrence, should be opening within the next few days. We have learned that the restaurant has received the necessary licenses and is waiting on city certificates. Judging by what we can see from the street, they have updated the interior and it looks pretty good.

'Demera' Opening Imminent
For those of you with a hankerin' for good Ethiopian food, "Demera Ethiopian Restaurant," located on the corner of Broadway and Lawrence, should be opening within the next few days. We have learned that the restaurant has received the necessary licenses and is waiting on city certificates. Judging by what we can see from the street, they have updated the interior and it looks pretty good.

ReplyDeleteSorry fellow fans of this cuisine, but the food here is HORRIBLE! Not quite sure what's going on in that kitchen, but this is the worst tasting Ethiopian food by far in the city. This is especially sad, because the atmostphere is wonderful and very comfortable, and the staff is pleasant. But the food.....oh my!!! I hope they find a way to improve this soon, or there is no way this place will last in this city!!!!
