We came across the "Wilson Area Merchants Association" site and were quite impressed. The association is hosting an "Experience Uptown" event on September 7,8, and 9. You can purchase a wristband for $10 from their site which will get you discounts at Uptown restaurants and shops. For a complete list of the merchants participating, check out their site and check it out often, as the list will grow. We will be adding a link to the right side of our page for your convenience.
