We have noticed the weeds around trees in Uptown have been out of control this year. And this spot at Racine and Broadway is no exception. Upon closer inspection, the weeds around these trees appear to have sprouted a couple of gin bottles as well. Even the center island in front of Border's has weeds growing and a broken concrete pylon that is STILL broken. This reflects badly on our historical district and needs some attention.

'Uptown Historical Square' In Need Of TLC
We have noticed the weeds around trees in Uptown have been out of control this year. And this spot at Racine and Broadway is no exception.
