According to Crain's Chicago Business, the dated Dominick's grocery store at the corner of Foster and Sheridan may be replaced with two high-rises with 400 residential units, parking garage and replacement (and updated) Dominick's store.

It's too bad Jewel or some grocery store operator can't build a decent new big store in this corridor.
