Thank you to Bill Biederman for making us aware of this brand new mural at 1050 West Wilson.
We haven't heard anything more details about the Double Door going in since there was a zoning change request for a "place of entertainment" at this address last year, but we hope this is an encouraging hint. (We all know that COVID has slowed down many timelines as businesses strive to live with the bumps and grinds of 2020.)
The talented artist is Shannon Kay (@shanlandia).
