On Sunday, the 19th District Police noticed some unusual activity in the district's parking garage on Addison Street in Lakeview. Officers had to move along some loiterers.
As the Twitter account said:
"Some of you may have seen a peculiar sight today.
Don’t worry - our officers were helping “rehome” our yearly visitors to a new and safer home on the lakefront.
Every year Mother Goose is back and we’re happy to help her relocate to better real estate! #watchout #GeeseCrossing"
Thanks for that one. Out West I used to pass by Canada goose nesting sites on my walks in the Spring. That lowered head is a warning
