Even during a pandemic, construction work is still moving around Uptown.

Case in point, the upcoming Darlington Hotel Apartments at 4700 N. Racine which is about to welcome their first tenants sometime this spring. A retro recreation of the signage has been installed on the corner marquee as well as over the over the main entrance on Racine.

The building will feature a mix of studios and one bedrooms starting at $785 and $1185 respectively. Each unit features stainless appliances and retro cherry-red refrigerators. The building will also feature a full private back yard, workout room, and two lounges.
